A feelings-check one-pager

When a feeling is big and blurry, it's hard to know what you even need. This sheet walks you gently from "something's up" to "here's what might help". Answer what you can, skip the rest, and go slow. There are no wrong answers, only what's true for you right now.

Feelings check

thought club.

Right now I feel (a plain word or two)

Where I feel it in my body

What might be underneath

On a scale of small to huge, how big does it feel?

Is this feeling telling me a story? What is it?

Is that story definitely true, or could there be another explanation?

What I need right now

One small, kind thing I can do next

If this keeps feeling too big, who could I talk to?

How to use it

Fill in whatever you can when a feeling is loud and won't name itself. You don't have to answer everything, and you don't have to do it in order. Naming a feeling often shrinks it a little, so even getting one word down can help.

Keep it just for you, or share it with someone so they don't have to guess. This is a gentle tool, not a test, and there are no wrong answers here.
