The daily planner
The homework you forget is usually the homework you never wrote down. One page, one row per class: what's due, what you need to bring, how long you think it'll take — and two boxes that make "done" mean done.

How to use it
Fill one card per class, at the end of the class if you can, while it's still fresh. "Estimated" is a guess at how long the work will take; "actual" is what it really took. Comparing them for a week teaches you more about your own time than any advice can.
Move anything with a far-off due date down to the long-term list, and tick the box once you've put it somewhere you'll actually see it again — a wall calendar, your phone, a monthly planner. Then print the page or save it as a PDF.
